Chantell Leyba
Chantell is a full-time real estate professional and owner of Red or Green Properties; she brings years of experience in purchasing, renting, and remodeling her own properties. She also brings enjoyment and dedication to her work and understands the importance of getting to know your client and helping them to find the perfect property. Whether it is the sale of your property, the purchase of your first home, a real estate investment, or a land purchase, she will work with you to explore all of your options.
Chantell is a Santa Fe native who graduated from the College of Santa Fe and later moved to Denver to attend the University of Denver, Sturm College of law, and gained an extensive legal background specializing in contractual negotiations with land and other natural resources.
Dedicated to providing her clients with exceptional customer service, she has excellent communication skills and attention to detail and practices a high level of professionalism. She is involved in the Santa Fe community, and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
Chantell is the recipient of the Santa Fe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce 2022 “40 Under 40 Business Leaders” award for her contributions and dedication to the community.
Jerome Leyba

I have an extensive background in property analysis and rental management, as I have been purchasing and managing my own properties for the past ten years. I possess a B.A. from New Mexico State University and M.B.A From Ashford University with an emphasis in business entrepreneurship. My educational background has taught me to research and think critically so I may apply my skills to support you with your real estate goals.
Marissa Ruyle
Marissa Ruyle is a Santa Fe native raised with strong community roots that have given her a successful ability to connect people and projects across many disciplines. Her creative energy, passion for construction, and love for Santa Fe make her a natural in the real estate market.
Marissa has over two decades of client-first leadership experience, cultivated through a career path that led from local hospitality management to commercial construction and international building material manufacturing. Her values-based approach privileges listening, innovation, flexibility, and synergistic teamwork to advance the success and well-being of the clients she serves.
Marissa holds a BBA and MBA in Finance from New Mexico Highlands University, with a minor in Marketing, and she provides expert administrative and marketing support to Red and Green Properties and clients on an as-needed basis.
Sam Ruyle
Sam Ruyle is a lifelong Santa Fe, New Mexico resident who graduated from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Following graduation, Sam traveled the world extensively and got a taste of real estate in the United Arab Emirates, successfully representing luxury dwellings.
After returning to New Mexico in 2008, Sam graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2011. After passing the New Mexico bar exam, he worked as a prosecutor, ultimately transitioning into a partnership with his father, David Ruyle, in a practice primarily focused on estate and real estate. After his father’s retirement, Sam gained substantial experience in management and assessment of real estate transactions from start to finish by working for a prestigious Santa Fe property law firm. He subsequently opened his firm and expanded his practice in property law and complementary legal matters. Sam was licensed to sell real estate in the fall of 2021, and while real estate is now his primary focus, he maintains an active law license, benefiting client needs on a case-by-case basis.
At Red or Green Properties, Sam rounds out a diverse team, bringing a wide breadth of experience in real estate, significantly in the Santa Fe real estate market. Thanks to his lifelong and extensive ties to the local community across diverse endeavors, Sam brings unparalleled knowledge and perspective to real estate transactions, providing his clients with a level of proficiency and competence that is second to none.
Aaliyah Leyba
Aaliyah is a third-generation Realtor. Aaliyah was born in Santa Fe and went to school in Denver, CO. After graduating high school, Aaliyah returned to New Mexico for college and attended the University of New Mexico. After completing her bachelor’s degree at UNM, Aaliyah pursued her passion for real estate and joined her parent’s team, Red or Green Properties. Aaliyah brings years of experience working closely with parents and partnering with them on home restorations. Aaliyah enjoys working with clients to buy or sell their dream homes, investment properties, and vacant land.
